About the role
You will provide clinical leadership within the Scrub/Scout team and work in direct partnership with fellow ANUM's and NUM to provide a coordinated and effective service.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you:
- Have a current registration with AHPRA
- Ability to work shifts to cover 24 hours/7 days a week including an oncall roster
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Sounds level of nursing skills and is easily identified as a role model of clinical competence

Selection Criteria
|
Essential: Current registration with AHPRA
Essential: Ability to work shifts to cover 24hours/7 days a week including an oncall roster
Desirable: Peri-operative certificate in Scrub/Scout
Desirable: Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work within a health care team in an Acute health setting
Desirable: Motivated, enthusiastic, and have the ability to integrate into a busy, dynamic theatre team
Desirable: Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Outlook (or other e-mail system), Word, Excel and Internet skills to enable quality communication.
