In accordance with the Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 and the Victorian Public Mental Health Services Enterprise Agreement 2016-2020, an expression of interest process is open for Barwon Health's Enrolled Nurses to apply to be become an Advanced Enrolled Nurse Level 3. 

Application Process

Applications must be submitted via Mercy eRecruit electronically by 11.45 14 days after it is advertised.

Applications MUST include:

• Cover Letter and Resume
• EN or PEN Level 3 Advancement Application Form
• Word document providing a response to four out of ten of the competency standards outlined in the EN or PEN Level 3 Advancement Application Form
• Evidence of current performance development review and list of up to date mandatory competencies

The Enrolled Nurse or Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Level Application Procedure is attached to this request and is also available on PROMPT. The Procedure clearly outlines the required experience, qualifications and eligibility criteria for Enrolled Nurse and Psychiatric Enrolled Nurse Applications.
