In accordance with the Nurses and Midwives Enterprise Agreement 2020-2024 an expression of interest process is open for Barwon Health's Registered Nurses/Midwives to apply to be become a Clinical Nurse/Midwife Specialist. This process will be advertised twice a year.

Application Process

Applications must be submitted via Mercury eRecruit electronically by 11.45pm, 14 days from advertised.

You must include:

• Cover Letter and Resume
• Clinical Nurse Specialist Evidence of Achievement Domains of Practice Framework providing a response for the criteria under: clinical skills, professional behaviour and professional development
• Evidence of current performance development review and list of up to date mandatory competencies

The Clinical Nurse/Midwife Specialist Application Procedure is attached to this request and is also available on PROMPT. The Procedure clearly outlines the required experience, qualifications and eligibility criteria for Clinical Nurse/Midwife Specialist Applications.
