Part of a Team

The department supports a wide range of clinical anaesthetic services including regional anaesthesia and ultrasound, obstetric and paediatric services, cardiac anaesthesia (including transoesophageal echocardiography) and a benchmark perioperative service. The department has a strong commitment to excellence in clinical, education and research activities and a strong focus on preparing senior trainees for consultant practice.    

About the Role

Applications are invited for introductory and basic anaesthetic trainees to join our friendly and supportive department. The department currently employs 20 full-time and 38 part-time anaesthetic consultants and 22 anaesthetic registrars.

The application for these positions (4) is for introductory and basic trainees joining the Eastern (Geelong) Scheme as part of the Victorian Anaesthesia Training Scheme (VATS).
