About Our Facility

South West Alliance of Rural Health [SWARH] aims to support health outcomes through centralised, expert, specialist Information Communication Technology services and strategic solutions for its members health services and customers. SWARH is a government-established joint venture, supplying ICT shared services to acute public hospitals and associated health services within the Barwon and South West regions of Victoria, covering some 60,000 square kilometres.

About the Role

This position is primarily responsible for working in partnership with clinical and corporate areas across for health service members within the South West Alliance Regional Health [SWARH] to gather, document and analyse business requirements to develop ICT strategic enabled solutions and to turn those into Initiation Briefs, Business Cases and Tenders for SWARH delivery. The position is also responsible for performing a range of analysis, communication and quality assurance tasks which contribute to streamlined business systems, processes and improved business efficiency. They are additionally responsible for estimating, planning and working with other SWARH directorates to design and document technical solutions.
