About the facility 

The Outpatient Department at University Hospital Geelong provides patient-focused Specialist Clinic access to consumers in Geelong and the surrounding region. Outpatients has grown in attempt to meet the requirements of the growing population, we now cover four sites and manage on average 4,500 referrals per month. 

About the role 

As part of the Outpatient team the Registered Nurse will ensure the effective provision of patient-focused holistic nursing care including the care of consumers presenting for diagnosis, preoperative planning, post-operative care and chronic illness management.
