About the facility

Jigsaw provides specialist early intervention for young people with or at risk of developing a psychotic disorder and treatment services for young people with drug and alcohol and/or high prevalence disorders. Under the auspice of the wider Barwon Health Mental Health & Drug Alcohol Service, it also forms a central component of the Headspace Consortia and is actively involved in service development and innovation to assist in the national campaign to promote early and effective mental health and drug and alcohol interventions for young people.

This position is with the Jigsaw Colac team and is co-located in the modern and bespoke youth hub in central Colac.

About the role

In this role, you will provide mental health, drug and alcohol care and interventions to young people aged 16-25 years old in the Barwon region and be responsible for the delivery of best practice, evidence based treatment and support to young people with emerging or established mental health difficulties. This is a service that is safe and allows people to live the best lives they can whilst making informed choices.

The successful applicant will need to be a Registered Psychiatric Nurse, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.

Relocation Package
