About the facility
Prostate cancer management involves the Department of Urological Surgery and accesses Barwon Health’s Cancer services infrastructure which includes dedicated inpatient ward as well as day unit and radiotherapy services.
About the role
The successful candidate will help to streamline patient care across the multimodality requirements. As the Prostate Cancer Specialist Nurse, your role is defined as an expert point of contact for the patient and family, providing both psychosocial and clinical support to men with prostate cancer using a structured approach. You will work alongside existing healthcare providers to contribute to the delivery of effective care for men with prostate cancer.
