 About the facility

Baxter Wing 5 is the new Orthopaedic Unit at university Hospital Geelong. It is a 32 bed unit with state of the art equipment and facilities, admitting both trauma and elective patients from around Geelong and the Western District.

About the role

Baxter Wing 5 currently has a full time Associate Nurse Unit Manager position available. We are seeking an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager or a Registered Nurse looking to step up into a leadership role and take the next step in their career. If you are a friendly, professional, highly qualified nurse who prides themselves in providing high quality service, we look forward to hearing from you. You will be actively involved in the day to day running of the Orthopaedic Unit and have highly developed interpersonal skills and sound communication skills. You will need to have the ability to problem solve and work as part of the multi-disciplinary team with the provision of patient focussed care.
