About the facility

The Gretta Volum Centre is a busy day surgery unit open five days a week where a diverse range of procedures are performed. It has two operating theatres and one endoscopy procedure room. Services are provided for patients undergoing a broad range of surgical procedures,  and CVC line insertions. The Gretta Volum Centre is a freestanding day surgery unit within University Hospital, Geelong. It has two operating theatres and one endoscopy procedure room. Services are provided for patients undergoing a broad range of surgical, diagnostic procedures, and CVC line insertions. Specialties include Paediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, ECT, Gynaecology, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Lithotripsy, ENT, Endoscopy, Pain Management, Cardio version and Dental.
