  • Permanent full time 80 hours per fortnight includes 1 ADO per month.

About the facility

Branchs clinic is expanding and we are seeking a Clinical Nurse Consultant to coordinate the day to day running of the clinics. The clinic will be moving to the new Early Parenting Centre at McKeller site.  Branchs is the Barwon Regional Adolescent and Child Health shared care Clinic. 

About the role

The Nurse Coordinator at the Barwon Regional Adolescent and Child Health Share-Care (BRANCHS) Clinic plays a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating the delivery of paediatric healthcare services within the Barwon South West region. Working within a shared care model, the Nurse Coordinator collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care from assessment through to discharge, with a focus on empowering primary care providers and optimising patient outcomes.

About you

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing field
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the Paediatric Field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to liaise across a broad range of clients/customers, including management, external customers and fellow team members.

Desirable;

  • Postgraduate qualification/s in Paediatrics, Case Management, or related field
