About the facility

Barwon Health's Aged Psychiatry Service provides integrated and recovery orientated mental health assessment and treatment to people 65 and above within the Barwon Region currently experiencing, or at risk of experiencing mental health and/or drug and alcohol issues. Our service is internationally recognised for its innovative clinical programs and integrated models of practice that are consumer centred, accessible and family inclusive. We are fortunate to enjoy excellent internal relationships and have developed excellent partnerships with local community that provide for seamless integrated care for our consumers.

About the roles

We have multiple positions available for Community Mental Health Clinicians with FTE negotioble depending on personal professional goals. 

The successful appplicants will within a multidisciplinary team that provides a range of psychiatric case management services to Aged Psychiatry consumers, their carers and families, within a community setting. This may include residential care, residential service, their own home and/or the carer’s home.
