About the facility

Barwon Medical Imaging provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic services including X-Ray, OPG, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, Angiography, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine. These are performed by a team of highly skilled radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses and support staff who ensure that all patients have access to quality services.

About the role

Barwon Health Medical Imaging is currently seeking Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing efficient and courteous reception, clerical, and administrative services
  • Ensuring high quality customer service
  • Ensuring daily work occurs in an effective and efficient manner
  • Delivering confidential administrative support
  • Supporting your team in delivering exceptional patient centred care
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts to support our imaging service in business and after-hours environments.

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to be flexible with working arrangements
  • Strong work ethics with the ability to adapt to work environment changes with a positive attitude
  • Previous or current Clerical/Administration experience 
  • Advance computer skills in software applications including Microsoft office applications such as word, excel, outlook and access
