About the role

Are you interested in being part of a consumer focused multidisciplinary team? Do you have proven IT literacy and accuracy? Then this role could be just for you. We have an exciting opportunity for a clerical worker to join our team in Outpatients services. As the Outpatients Computer Clerk, you will be responsible for the delivery of consumer focused administrative support that ensures equity of access throughout the patient’s journey within outpatients. You will provide clerical and reception services in a confidential and accurate manner, in accordance with Barwon Health Outpatients policies and procedures.

You will be experienced in a challenging consumer focused environment as well as have the flexibility to work rostered shifts and additional hours to meet departmental needs. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as computer literacy and the ability to learn specialist programs used within the Outpatients Department.
