About the facility

Children's Services at University Hospital provides care to the Geelong community and surrounding areas. Our Children’s Ward is a vibrant, 28-bed general paediatric unit caring for infants, children and adolescents with a variety of medical and surgical conditions. We are dedicated to innovative, holistic family centred care.

About the role

Heath Wing 3 located at University Hospital Geelong are seeking a Paediatric Diabetes Educator to join their dynamic and progressive team. You will be responsible for the provision of patient focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you, in order to achieve desired clinical outcomes. You will be an experienced nurse with excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing leadership in the planning and delivery of a high quality service within Children's Services at Barwon Health.  In addition you will need to be able to develop professional and collaborative partnerships with the overall management team at Barwon Health.
