About the facility 

Barwon Health offers Residential Aged Care Services at Alan David Lodge in Grovedale where we offer focused professional development with dedicated nursing educators, set within state-of-the-art facilities. Alan David Lodge is a 108 bed lodge, providing Residential Aged Care, Transitional Care and Respite Care with free parking, located just minutes away from the vibrant and picturesque Victorian Coastline.

 About the role 

In this role as the Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI) Coordinator, you will be responsible for working with site staff and Management to coordinate and monitor the systems, packs, education and processes required to undertake the ACFI submissions across the site.

To be successful in this role you will possess the following:

  • Be eligible for registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA and hold a current Practicing Certificate
  • Extensive experience in Residential Aged Care
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be self-directed to achieve KPI’s as per Position Description
  • A comprehensive knowledge of the ACFI process
