Wallace Lodge
Barwon Health’s McKellar Centre is a recently upgraded facility located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. It is situated on a vibrant community asset with parkland surrounds and incorporates state of the art equipment. Wallace Lodge, located at the McKellar Centre, is a 108 bed, high level, aged care residential facility. We offer focused professional development with dedicated nursing educators on site, set within new state-of-the-art facilities. Since 2006, more than 580 people have called Wallace Lodge home. 5 of those residents still live there today.
About the role
The role of the Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) is to co-ordinate and manage the day to day operations of the Garden wing consisting of 54 residents. The ANUM will form an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be required to ensure highly responsive and flexible service to internal and external health care providers. The position is part time and ongoing.
