About the role 

Barwon Health has an exciting part time opportunity for an innovative and passionate HR professional to join their team in a position located at University Hospital Geelong. As the Workforce Systems Officer, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and enhancing our Talent systems (Mercury). You will build relationships with senior staff and other Workforce teams to identify system improvements which drive efficiency and reduce risk. You will be responsible for training users across the organisation and will become the trusted first point of contact for all Talent system queries.

As the successful applicant you will have the ability to think conceptually whilst demonstrating an understanding of how HR processes impact system requirements and exhibit a commitment to innovation.

Essential: Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build relationships, influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders
