About the facility

Barwon Medical Imaging (BMI) provides a comprehensive range of diagnostic services including X-Ray, OPG, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, Angiography, Mammography, and Nuclear Medicine. These are performed by a team of highly skilled radiologists, radiographers, sonographers, nuclear medicine technologists, nurses and support staff who ensure that all patients have access to quality services. 

BMI's MRI imaging service operates 7 days per week, and is now seeking an additional Administration Assistant to train in this specialised area to support our after-hour services.

About the role 

As a BMI Administration Assistant you will assist imaging staff in the provision of after-hours imaging services, including patient administration tasks and patient assistance in a multi-disciplinary setting. 

This position within the MRI Administration Team will require availability for Friday evenings and Sunday, with an opportunity to work additional hours for leave cover when available.

To support the successful candidate - targeted training in the specialised area of MRI will be undertaken with an opportunity to gain further training in other BMI Administration areas in the future.
