About the role
As the Workforce Data and Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for the reporting of HR metrics and the value-add analysis of those metrics. You will provide expert advice around reporting to support workforce and broader organisational initiatives. You will also be responsible for upgrading the existing reporting solution and will oversee the workforce audit and compliance role.
To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Experience in extracting data and delivering quantitative analysis
- Extensive work experience in human resources systems and data
- Highly advanced proficiency in Excel with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Proven ability to participate in human resource projects and able to achieve objectives within agreed timelines
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Demonstrated planning and organisation skills with strong attention to detail
- High level analytical and problem solving skills
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Commerce or a related discipline is desirable.
