About the Barwon Medical Imaging
Barwon Medical Imaging (BMI) is a large medical imaging facility within Barwon Health which provides world class services to the Geelong and greater regions. BMI is located across 4 sites and has facilities for x-ray, OPG, CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluroscopy, angiography and provides a 24/7 service.About the role
About the Role
In your role as Grade 1 Radiographer you will assist in the provision of services to to across all BMI sites. You will be a member of a large imaging team participating in the radiographer general roster which includes after hours services covering X-Ray and CT services to both inpatients and outpatients. Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Deliver advanced practice services to individuals in accordance with defined clinical practice guidelines, recognised best practice standards and relevant codes of conduct
- Independently operate all diagnostic imaging equipment including information systems (RIS/PACS//DR, BOSS and Symphony)
