About People and Culture

The role sits in Barwon Health’s Organisational Development team and is part of the wider People and Culture team. The People and Culture division is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and WH&S. About the role 

 The Organisational Development Consultant (Learning & Development) will  co-ordinate with the design & development of Barwon Health’s management and leadership development resources. These resources will build organisational and individual capabilities and will include leadership development and the effective use of Barwon Health’s management systems (e.g. HR, financial and procurement systems, delegations of authority, decision making processes, business case preparation) This is a management role with 2-3 direct reports.

Essential: Demonstrated experience in leading and implementing projects across a large organisation.
