About the role
The CRU Operations Manager - is a senior nurse leader that is responsible for the operational access and resource management for Barwon Health bed based services by providing strategic leadership, coordination, support and advice in relation to, clinical and operational decisions related to bed access and clinical human resource management.

The Access and Resource Team are a hard working operational team of dynamic people who accept change readily.
