About the facility
The Practice Development Unit supports staff by engaging and enabling clinicians to implement best practice with a major focus on consumer centred care. The unit consists of a small team who enthusiastically engage with individuals and teams to advance the use of evidence base practice.
About the role
If you enjoy being challenged and want to make a difference, this is the role for you. As the PROMPT Project Lead you will be responsible to establish a sustainable document control systems, rationalising existing policies procedures and guidelines and implementing efficiencies to improve the current system. This 12 month project position will suit an enthusiastic health professional who wants to further development their leadership and change management skills.
