About the role
Barwon Health has the opportunity for a dynamic case manager who has an interest in youth mental health , to become part of the team at Jigsaw Corio. The position will provide mental health, drug and alcohol care to young people aged 16-26 years old in the Barwon region. The role is responsible for the delivery of best practice, evidence based treatment and support to young people with emerging or established mental health difficulties.

Selection Criteria

Essential: Can you please list Barwon Health's values? Essential: Can you please choose one of Barwon Health's values and describe a situation in the workplace where you have displayed this value? Essential: Formal professionally recognised qualifications in Psychiatric Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Social Work or Clinical Psychology Essential: A qualification specialising in Alcohol and other Drugs or Addiction studies, equivalent or above the Certificate IV in Alcohol and Other Drugs work, or a willingness to work towards this. Essential: A demonstrated high level of clinical skills in the assessment and treatment of young persons with mental health disorders in a community setting. Essential: Developed clinical decision making skills, particularly around the management of risk in relation to young people. Essential: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
