About the role
The Workplace Relations/Human Resources Officer will provide professional advice and support to employees and managers across Barwon Health in relation to a range of employment relations and human resource issues. As part of the Workplace Relations and Partnerships team, you are a proactive problem solver and can manage key relationships.
With a hands-on, solution-focussed approach to resolving employee relations/human resource issues you will take a role in supporting and coaching managers through various processes and procedures. Some key components will include performance management, disciplinary processes, managing change along with other broad HR/ER initiatives. You will posses excellent communication skills and be happy to work as part of a team.
