About the facility
The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) provides high quality best practice assessment and treatment to infants, children and young people experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties. It is responsible for delivery of specialist evidence based mental health assessments to infants, children and young people for 15 years.
About the role
In this role you will work within the CAMHS multidisciplinary team providing an Autism diagnostic and assessment service to children and young people up to 25 years of age. You will also take a lead role in developing partnerships and improved service coordination between individuals and services within the field of Austism Spectrum Disorder providers in the Barwon region.
To be successful in this role it is essential to have registration or be eligible for membership in a relevant health professions: Nursing (RPN4), Social Work (SW3), Speech Pathology (SPath3), Occupational Therapy (OT3) or Psychology (Psych3).
