About the facility

Children's Services at The Geelong Hospital provides care to the Geelong community and surrounding areas. We are dedicated to innovative, holistic family centred care. The Children’s Ward is a vibrant, 28-bed general paediatric unit caring for infants, children and adolescents with a variety of medical and surgical conditions.

About the role 
Barwon Heath is seeking Experienced Paediatric Nurse Grade 2 to fill a 40 hours a fortnight temporary part time maternity leave position within a dynamic and professional team. You will be required to have some paediatric nursing experience, and have excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing a high quality service within Children's Services at Barwon Health. You will be responsible for the provision of Family Centred and Patient Focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you in order to achieve desired clinical outcomes.  The position is a rotating position through all shifts, morning, afternoon and night shift.  Permanent night duty is an option for anyone who is interested.
