About the facility

Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre services are time limited and delivered according to a Rehabilitation plan that is based on goals negotiated with the client and their careers. Our new state of the art facilities are located on site with Belmont Primary Care, Community Nursing, Dental, Mental Health and Immunisation services.

About the role

In this role you will be responsible for offering individualised client assessments and treatment programs to clients within orthopaedic, neurological, Cancer and GEM streams of care. Teamwork is paramount and you must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. Previous community rehabilitation experience is desirable.
