About the facility

This role is based at a number of our Community Health sites including Belmont, Newcomb and Torquay. Our Community Health centres are home to a diverse range of co-located services, all delivering care to our community.

About the role

In this role you will work across a number of our Community Health sites with clients who present with a range of health conditions. Your role will involve care planning, assessment and management of clients who require Physiotherapy input to achieve their goals. You will have broad experiences in community based care, and a commitment to interdisciplinary team work. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a number of dynamic teams located at Belmont, Surf Coast and Newcomb CHCs.

As the successful applicant you will have a recognised degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), solid clinical post graduate experience and hold a current registration with AHPRA.
