Barwon Health is the major regional health provider for the Barwon South West region. It is one of Victoria’s largest regional health services with one of the busiest hospitals in the state, University Hospital. Barwon Health Pharmacy Department

The Barwon Health Pharmacy Department provides a pharmacy service including resolving medication related issues, supplying medications, completing the Medication Reconciliation Process, providing medicines information, counselling patients and assisting the discharge process.

About the role

To provide advanced clinical pharmacy service to the Emergency department at University Hospital Geelong through proactive pharmacy involvement and the quality use of medicines.
