The Redeveloped Surgical Services at University Hospital, Geelong includes 10 operating rooms, anaesthesia and recovery, perioperative service and a discrete day procedure facility with a total of 16,000 operations a year across a number of surgical specialities.

About the role
Are you a Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse looking to extend your career? Our team at University Hospital have opportunity for an efficient and motivated Intravenous and Medication Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join their team in Day of Surgery Admission Ward.
In this role you will be responsible for the provision of consumer focused holistic nursing care to those assigned to you in order to achieve desired clinical outcomes. Your role will be within this dynamic and challenging unit where teamwork is paramount. You must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. You will establish and maintain effective communication within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure consumers receive quality ongoing care as well as actively participate in the promotion of a positive and engaging team culture.
