About the facility
Knowledge and Information Services is a directorate reporting directly to the CEO. We provide services in traditional ICT (servers, storage, networks, security etc.), Clinical Applications management, administration and support, Change and Adoption, Medical Records digitisation, Project Management, Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing and Data Integrity, and run programs to support regional collaboration such as Telehealth. Our directorate continues to expand as organisational appetite for our service grows. We work closely with our business and clinical colleagues in partnership to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions.
About the role
Are you looking for a once in a lifetime career opportunity? This is your time to make a difference. In this role you will work with a range of stakeholders within Barwon Health as well as with external organisations and statutory bodies. You will identify opportunities and facilitate enhancement to existing systems that support the work flow, statutory reporting and business processes of Barwon Health. As the Business Analyst you will provide a range of analytical, data extraction and detailed reporting services to support:
- Clinical research projects
- Clinical costing requirements
- Business case development
- Service improvement projects
- Performance monitoring
- Operational efficiency
Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment are essential attributes to be successful in this role. Experience in extracting data and presenting quantitative analysis from a wide range of sources makes you a strong candidate for this role.
