About the Facility
The Paediatric Outpatient Clinics provide an outpatient service for Geelong's local Paediatricians and visiting Paediatric Consultants from the Royal Children's Hospital.
About the role
The Outpatient Clerical Assistant is responsible for the delivery of consumer focused administrative support that ensures equity of access throughout the patient’s journey within outpatients.
To be considered for this role it is essential that you:
- Have experience in a challenging consumer focused environment
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn specialist programs used within the Outpatients Department
- Flexibility to work rostered shifts and additional hours to meet departmental needs
- Experience in a team focused environment
