About the facility 

Belmont Community Rehabilitation Centre services are time limited and delivered according to a care plan that is based on goals negotiated with the client and their careers. Our new state of the art facilities are located on site with Belmont Primary Care, Community Nursing, Dental, Mental Health and Immunisation services.

About the role 

Are you a Grade 2 Physiotherapist looking to further develop your career within an active and progressive organisation? Do you have a passion for rehabilitation and are dedicated to consumer directed care? This could be your opportunity. Barwon Health’s, Belmont Community Rehab Centre is seeking a Physiotherapist to join an excellent, friendly team in a busy and diverse centre. In this role you will be responsible for offering individualised client assessments and rehabilitation programs to consumers presenting with a range of orthopaedic and neurological conditions. Teamwork is paramount and you must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. Previous community rehabilitation experience is desirable.
