It is Victoria’s largest regional health service with one of the busiest hospitals in the state, University Hospital. About the role

Here at Barwon Health we are seeking motivated and passionate casual administration relievers to  work across many different departments on an ongoing casual basis.

We will work with you to match your availability and skills to suitable roles where you will learn, be challenged and meet great people who all want to provide excellent service to internal and external customers across the Barwon Region.

We ask that you have solid experience in administration, accounts payable, data entry, secretarial or office support, that you have confidence utilising computer systems (such as MS Office) and a sound proficiency in quickly grasping new systems and processes.

Is it essential that you are comfortable with the casual nature of these positions and that you have the ability to be available on call and sometimes with minimal notice. It is highly desirable that you are able to work up to 76 hours a fortnight.

Recruitment Process

If successful in the second stage of this process you will be required to attend a COVID safe Assessment centre at University Hospital Geelong. These will be held on the 2nd and 8th of February in the morning and on the 9th of February in the afternoon. 

You will also be required to complete an administration skills assessment which includes Microsoft Excel and Word as well as a written assessment.
