About the facility
The role sits in Barwon Health’s Organisational Development team and is part of the wider People and Culture team. The People and Culture division is a large team that supports and delivers a range of services to the organisation including Human Resources, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Staff Care, Payroll and WH&S.

As a forward-thinking and proactive Organisational Development Officer your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Support strategic Workforce Planning and implementation
- Develop and implement OD employee experience projects and programs
- Lead and/or supervise activities and programs related to improving employee engagement and culture
The key components of the role include:
- Driving positive employee engagement and culture across Barwon Health including recognition systems and listening / feedback strategies.
