University Hospital is located in Geelong and is one of the most comprehensive regional health services. Transit Lounge provides a comprehensive support services. These are performed by a team of highly skilled, Nurses, and support staff who ensure that all patients have access to quality services. 

About the role 

Patient Services Assistant play an important role in the health care team within University Geelong Hospital and are responsible for the transportation of patients to the Transit Lounge from Wards. We are seeking people who are able to work as co-operative, flexible members of the Transit Lounge

You must demonstrate a teamwork approach to patient flow and other duties as required to achieve the best possible customer service to all patients and other Barwon Health departments. Experience in the health care sector and knowledge of the Barwon Health ‘No Lift’ policy are desirable for this Patient Services Assistant role.
