About the facility

The Surf Coast Primary Care Team (Torquay and Anglesea) is situated within the local community health centres and offer a wide range of services to the local communities. The Primary Care team comprises of social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, (paediatric) speech pathology, diabetes educator, dietitians and community health nursing.

About the role

This a great opportunity to join an experienced multidisciplinary team to provide evidenced based podiatry services to our community. The successful applicant will be driven to provide collaborative, client centred care to achieve client goals in a range of mediums including face to face and telehealth. The role also requires the successful applicant to contribute to the development of high quality community based services and assist in meeting the key performance indicators.
