About the facility 

 The Surf Coast Primary Care Team (Torquay and Anglesea) is situated within the local community health centres and offer a wide range of services to the local communities. The Primary Care team comprises of social work, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry, speech pathology (paediatric), diabetes educator, dietitians and community health nursing.

We work closely with Belmont Primary Care to form Barwon Health South Area.

About the role 

The successful applicant will work across South Area Primary Care sites, including Anglesea and Torquay Community Health Centres, delivering evidence-based Podiatry services as part of an interdisciplinary team. You will have excellent communication skills allowing successful client-centred care planning and ability to work as part of wider team to support clients to achieve their goals.

There will also be an opportunity to support clinical student placements within the Primary Care teams.
