About the facility

Barwon Health’s Geelong Cardiology Practice provides comprehensive cardiology services to patients from across the region. Our facilities include two new Cath labs, providing EP, Pacing and 24/7 STEMI services, a full cardiac diagnostics service is provided including seven Echo rooms.

About the role

The successful applicant will be required to provide administrative support to the cardiology team at Barwon Health.

You will be required to:

  • Greet all customers in a friendly manner arriving for appointments, check customer details, make follow up appointments as required and ensure patients are billed.
  • Ascertain external or internal customer needs, assess urgency and address promptly and accordingly.
  • Manage client information including all documentation and files in a confidential, timely and accurate manner
  • Process, schedule, maintain and update all relevant patient information, ensuring that Patients details are current and correct
  • Ensure all patients are invoiced at time of consultation or diagnostic tests
