About the facility 

Barwon Health offers Residential Aged Care and Transition Care Services at Alan David Lodge in Grovedale. We offer focused resident care within our 108 bed facility located just minutes away from the vibrant and picturesque Victorian Coastline. Our staff are encouraged to pursue professional development and are supported by a team of dedicated educators to remain up to date in all aspects of care delivery.

About the role 

Do you have a passion for Aged Care and the creativity to develop and present activities to meet the diverse needs of our residents? 

As the successful applicant you will have;

  • Initiative to identify areas of opportunity and implement individual programs
  • Flexibility and availability to cover planned and unplanned leave
  • The ability to work within a dynamic and challenging unit where teamwork and initiative is paramount
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Sound communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Flexibility to adapt to resident and facility needs.
