About the facility 

Barwon Health's McKellar Centre is a recently upgraded facility located only minutes from the centre of Geelong. It is situated on a vibrant community asset with parkland surrounds and incorporates state of the art equipment. Wallace Lodge, located at the McKellar Centre, is a 108 bed, aged resident facility. We offer focused professional development with dedicated nursing educators on site, set within new state-of-the-art facilities.

About the role

Are you a highly motivated Grade 2 Registered Nurse who has a passion for aged care nursing and is dedicated to resident focused care? Barwon Health's Wallace Lodge has an opportunity not to be missed. In this role you will have the opportunity to work additional hours. You will be responsible for the provision of resident focused holistic nursing care in order to achieve desired health outcomes and wellbeing. You must have highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. Previous aged care experience is desirable.
