About the Aboriginal Health Unit

Barwon Health have a deadly Aboriginal Health Unit that come together with one main goal - to improve health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community with the Barwon and surrounding regions.  The team provide a strong support network to new Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees, with an Aboriginal Workforce Officer whose focus is to increase Barwon Health's Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce.
