About the facility 

The Barwon Health Paediatric Home & Community Care Program offers a comprehensive, integrated community focused package of outreach programs to deliver a continuum of high quality, specialised services and supports to children, young people and their families living in the Barwon region. 

 About the role 

Paediatric Hospital in the home (HITH) are seeking Registered Division 1  nurses to work in an innovative new service providing meal support and family support for young people with an eating disorder in their home. You will work as part of the Eating Disorder HITH team(including Paediatrician, Dieticiian, Mental Health Nurse) and the Eating Disorder Mental Health team.
