About the facility
Baxter Wing 7 is a 32-bed unit, encompassing general medicine, endocrinology and infectious diseases. The staff are highly-skilled, professional, friendly and dedicated, taking pride in providing high quality, safe healthcare. The ward is located at University Hospital Geelong in the heart of central Geelong, and only minutes from the picturesque waterfront and a short drive to some of Australia's best beaches.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Patient Services Assistant to join the team in a part time capacity with opportunities for leave relief. As the Patient Services Assistant you will ensure the effective provision of patient care in the assistance of nursing staff in the areas of patient welfare, comfort, hygiene and transport in order to achieve and maintain quality patient outcomes.
