About the facility 

The Health Innovation and Projects (HIP) Office is charged with supporting the identification, initiation, implementation and review of innovative projects within Barwon Health to facilitate organisational change. It provides a link between strategic intent and operations, translating and embedding objectives and goals into operations.

About the role 

As a Project Manager, you will work autonomously and as part of a team, assisting all parts of Barwon Health with innovation and project management to improve the efficiency and quality of service delivery. 

We are looking for a dynamic and capable project manager to support strategic and redesign projects, and facilitate change management across Barwon Health. You will be able to demonstrate experience in strategic and systems thinking and their translation into service improvement and redesign projects, and understand how these projects link with and contribute to achieving corporate objectives.
