About the role
We are seeking a professional and dedicated team member to deliver courteous, empathetic and efficient customer service on the University Hospital Geelong Switchboard. You will be required to work rostered night shifts and additional hours to meet department needs.
To be successful you will;
- Demonstrated high level service delivery skills
- Exceptional phone manner
- Clear and articulate verbal communication skills
- Strong keyboard, numeracy and literacy skills
- Proficiency in a range of computer programs
- High volume switchboard experience
