About the facility 

The Cardiac Cath lab provides a range of cardiac diagnostic and interventional procedures including, coronary angiography, Elective and urgent PCI, as well as our 24 hour STEMI services that covers a large catchment area within Victoria. We also provide an extensive pacing, and Electrophysiology service. More recently the service has made the progression in the development of a TAVI program servicing the Geelong and wider region. 

About the role 

In this role you will be responsible for the provision of patient focused nursing care to those assigned to you. While working within this dynamic and challenging unit where teamwork is paramount and primary nursing care is encouraged. You require highly developed interpersonal skills as well as sound communication skills both verbal and written. It is vital to balance priorities to ensure timeframes are met. This role is within a multidisciplinary team working in a critical care environment with the opportunity to develop skills specific to this area.
