About the role

Do you want to experience the excitement of working across a broad range of departments?

Here at Barwon Health we are seeking motivated and passionate casual administration relievers to work across many different departments on an ongoing casual basis. We have particular growth in our dynamic immunisation program and face paced  COVID clinics and call centres.

We will work with you to match your availability and skills to suitable roles where you will learn, be challenged and meet great people who all want to provide excellent service to internal and external customers across the Barwon Region.

We ask that you have solid experience in customer service, administration, accounts payable, data entry, secretarial or office support, that you have confidence utilising computer systems (such as MS Office) and a sound proficiency in quickly grasping new systems and processes.

Is it essential that you are comfortable with the casual nature of these positions and that you have the ability to be available on call and sometimes with minimal notice. It is highly desirable that you are able to work up to 76 hours a fortnight and some weekends.

Recruitment Process

If successful in the second stage of this process you will be required to attend a COVID safe Assessment centre at University Hospital Geelong.

Assessment centres will be held on the following dates:

  • Thursday 20.5.21 9am -11am

You will also be required to complete an administration skills assessment which includes Microsoft Excel and Word.
